What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Depending of where your items come from, shipping methods can be from many different ways. Including; Standard Shipping, Premium Shipping, ePacket, and then private carriers can also join the list. All offered shipping method will be at the checkout, depending on your delivery address.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Smaller the object, the faster it will arrive. Delivery time will be given at the checkout as well. It varies from the carrier, the size of the object, and the time that you put your order up. Weekend orders will be proceeded on Monday, first thing in the morning. ETA is between 3 days up to 45+ according to stocks and warehouse availability. Most orders can be tracked using our tool.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order, if a tracking number is provided, thru our tool “Track Your Order” available in the header of every page of our website. Please note that not all orders will be provided a tracking number, some carrier will be less expensive but won’t provide one for example.

How Do I Place an Order?

First, you need to find yourself a piece of equipment that you are looking to get. When you did find it, you add it to the cart. Whenever you are done shopping for your awesome gears, you can go to the checkout! The icon is always on the top right of any pages. From there, you can select various method of payments, and don’t forget to verify the delivery address!

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

Absolutely not, you can simply pass your order as a guest. Some features might not be available in guest checkout, like tracking numbers, promotions and other stuff. You can also track your purchase better when using an account, and it’s absolutely free. Our staff members can also better identify your orders for support if using an account.
